Know Before You Call
Having a general understanding of your draft system can be helpful when troubleshooting via video chat, but it is not necessary. Knowing where your draft components reside (beer cooler, beer towers, beer lines and compressed gas) and having access to them is all that is required for video conference troubleshooting.
